The time of collection is always your decision. We understand that some owners appreciate their horse being removed as quickly as possible to limit upset to other people and animals. We can react quickly to your decision and will help you through the process and ease the stressful situation.

Should you wish that the ashes are returned to you, we only take a maximum of seven days, and it is your decision if you want all the ashes, a token ash service or no ashes returned.
