Will my horse’s shoes be returned to me?
If you would like your horse’s shoes returned to you, we will remove them from your horse prior to cremation, clean them up for you and return them with the ashes.

Will my horse travel alone in the trailer?
Yes, we only ever make one collection at a time, so you needn’t worry about seeing any other unfortunate horses when we collect yours.

When can I collect my horses ashes?
We will telephone you to let you know when the ashes are ready for collection. They will be ready within seven days.

What if my horse passes away in the middle of the night?
It is obviously a very distressing time and we can attend to collect your horses at any time. If you feel you would like your horse removed immediately we can assist please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will discuss your options.

Will you deliver my horse’s ashes back to me or do I have to collect them?
We generally ask you to collect them directly from us or from your vet. However, in some situations we are able to deliver the ashes directly to your home or stable yard. Please feel free to contact us in regards to this service.

We are experienced and prepared in removing horses from difficult situations and carry a wide range of accessorises to enable us to remove your horse humanely.

Do I have to be present when you collect my horse?
You don’t have to present when we collect your horse, although we prefer to have someone present to let us in and show us to where your horse is situated etc.
